This enchanting camp invites young hands to mold, shape, and create their very own ceramic works inspired by the wonders of gardening. From charming planters to adorable pots, campers will embark on a hands-on journey, exploring the ceramic studio in a fun and supportive environment. With the guidance of a professional Teaching Artist, children will learn pinch, coil, and slab-building ceramic techniques as well as a range of mark-making techniques from sgraffito to painting with glaze as they create their own garden-inspired art throughout the week. "Pots, Planters, and Garden Arts" is not just a camp; it's a vibrant introduction to the magical world of ceramics, where every tiny creation holds a world of artistic wonder.
 
Please note: Due to the time necessary for proper drying and firing of ceramic artwork, campers should not expect to bring home finished work at the end of the week. All ceramic pieces will be fired and packaged within 2 weeks following the end of camp, and families will be notified via email as soon as they are available for pickup.

Member Discount: Use your 2024 discount code at checkout to receive $25 off registration. The $25 Member Discount may be used once per year per membership. For Individual-level memberships, the discount may only be used towards the cost of tuition for the adult membership holder. For Family-level memberships and above, the discount may be used once per year towards tuition for one member of the household holding the membership.
