Do you enjoy spending your summer days exploring the outdoors and wonder how to portray what you see through art? In this outdoor-based camp, we'll see how well we can draw the environment as we see it, or how we'd like to draw it. We'll learn perspective, how to add depth with light and shadow, utilize cross-hatching, create interesting compositions, use a variety of drawing and sketching materials (pencil, pen, charcoal), and even collage from found materials. We'll share our discoveries and art creations with family at the end of the week.
