Opening Festival: June 22, 4-7pm

Swamp surrounded by ferns and trees

Hank Willis Thomas "Saverio and Daisy (Navel)," 2018

Exposed 2024 is The Current’s 33rd annual outdoor sculpture exhibition, bringing public art to the town of Stowe. Sculptures are sited on both public and private land throughout the village and at The Current.

This year celebrates artists of both national renown and those with emergent regional careers, providing a diverse collection of perspectives for broad inspiration. Art can be a meaning- or change-maker, a cultivator of conversation, or a way to participate in and interpret the world. At its best, art connects us to where we are in time or place, whether physical or cerebral, political or personal. It connects us with the people and the world around us, asking questions, and encouraging empathy and understanding.
